These are the same, gorgeous pearls featured in our Classic Cultured Pearl Necklaces! They are genuine cultured pearls from the freshwater lakes outside of Shanghai. I have traveled there many times to see the inner workings of the pearls farms and to personally purchase pearls for The Pearl Girls jewelry.

We call this long necklace the Flapper Pearls, in honor of the Roaring 20's and the long flapper style necklaces. It is 54". This is on the longer end of most Opera Length necklaces. We created it infinity style, with no clasp. I love the 54" length because it can be layered up to 3 times like a triple strand 18" necklace. However, I wear mine long! Since I love to layer my jewelry, I wear the long 54" strand and wear shorter necklaces with it!

I am so proud that we hand knot each of the pearls in this necklace at our home base in Athens, GA. We have such a trained and high quality staff, we have moved into repair and reknots, too!
